Right of Withdrawal and Refund
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after ordering your item to request a return. This applies to both physical and digital products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you start a course during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal does not apply. For personalized courses, special offers, and price reductions, the withdrawal period does not apply. Your consent also means that you request the course to start during the withdrawal period. We therefore have the right to retain a proportional part of the participation fee corresponding to the completed parts of the course if you exercise your right of withdrawal before the course is fully completed. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at contact@theroseroom.com in a clear manner before the withdrawal period expires. You can submit such a notification by contacting us directly at contact@theroseroom.com. In your withdrawal notice, it is important that you state your name, which course you wish to withdraw from, and the date.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@theroseroom.com.
If your return for product is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at contact@theroseroom.com.
The paid course fee is not refunded upon withdrawal/cancellation after the withdrawal period has expired. Exceptions can be made in cases of illness substantiated by a medical certificate. If you need to notify us of a dropout or illness, you do so in writing to contact@theroseroom.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Any refunds provided will be credited back to the original payment method. The Company is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@theroseroom.com.
